Though I'm wary of their intentions, and have yet to accept one, I have received quite a few business proposals over the years. But, more often than not the proposals I receive are just modified affiliate agreements that require me to dedicate portions of my site to the HOPE that my readers will buy goods, services, games, etc. Though some have asked about outright investment in the site/comic itself. Unfortunately, I'm not so much a businessman as I am an artist with a good head for business. Yes, there's a difference. So I can't really write up the kind of documentation required to handle direct investment and return.

That being said, what I can offer is the opporunity to invest in specific GU projects. The idea here is simple. Interested parties will invest enough money to get a project moving, and once the result is available for sale to the GU readership, the investors will receive an agreed upon portion of each sale equal to a relative portion of thier investment plus profit. (investment / units + % of profit)
