You folks already know I'm not much of an EVE fan. I've never played the game. And I've never really considered doing a comic about the game. It's not that it's bad game. I wouldn't know. It's just not a game that appeals to me. But, as is often the case, someone steps forward to hand me a joke idea that works whether you're into the game or not.
I sense some confused looks so let include Breandan's original message so you see where we're both coming from:

, I find myself amused by the mental image of a closeup of a guy's face as he is rambling on about how he was flying his ship through a hail of Amarr gunfire, hands shaking, etc., then the camera pans back to show him rocking back and forth in a padded room wearing a hug-me jacket. There are players like that out there... they scare me.
The Line Between Realism and Delusion shall not be crossed! :)
