Everquest II: "An Awesome Idea"

I saw an ad pop up on the site here in the last couple of days introducing EQ2 Battlegrounds. These will be areas where characters level 80 and above can group up and beat the crap out of each other for fun and (virtual) profit. The freebie update is scheduled for release on or around February 16, 2010 - during the the 'Sentinel's Fate' expansion headstart.
I'm not being snide here. At least, I don't intend to be snide. But I haven't seen enough folks in game to convince me a 48 person brawl is going to be doable. Of course I'm a pissant level 30 something. All the high level folks are probably hanging out in places I haven't even heard of yet. I honestly don't know. It just always seems so quiet.
Anywho, consider this a throwaway comic. I was completely at a loss for better text.
