Ostensibly, Blizzard has decided to cut PvP from Diablo III's release in order to get the game in the hands of demanding gamers sooner. [more info] Seems to me to fly in the face of Blizzard's long standing "when it's done" ideology.
Now I'm positive Blizzard has cut things before and I either didn't know about it or just didn't care enough to remember. But PvP in Diablo 3 after all the RMT Auction House (because of how it might impact PvP) hoopla? I dunno man.
The remaining question is this though...
Is Blizzard going to release PvP for free? Or are they going to get all Activision on us and charge us for a PvP DLC add-on?
