Gaming News: "And Then"

Onlive fired their entire staff the other day to limit liability so the company could be sold off. It was later announced that the new company, still named Onlive, would rehire half the staff and take the other half as consultants. And Steve Perlman, after all that mess, would keep his job. The hell you say?
When I first read that Perlman would keep his job, I was annoyed but not surprised. This is the way corporations work. All the workers get canned, the CEO gets a raise. Buuuut... wrong again. Perlman took the blame for the company's problems and received no stock and no compensation for the sale. [more info] Not "gentleman"ly exactly. But it is, at least, not completely douchey.
