The Life of Ted!: "Truth Will Out"

Well, there you have it. The big news. Sure there's more to it. There are plenty more details to be uncovered.
When I invited people to speculate, I knew someone was going to get close, maybe guess outright. Daemos guessed the surface of what was going to happen. Now all that's left to reveal is "why". That info will likely be given to you come Friday. But, I may just do it tomorrow, to open the door for Friday's comic. I'll probably also use Friday (or potentially tomorrow) to tell you where GU's going from here.
I don't want to say I'm excited. The truth is I'm afraid. But I'll take that over apathy any day. Apathy a few years ago cost GU more than any poor writing on my part ever has. That apathy was brought on by a financial fist fight with a company that promised me everything and, even though they had the money, decided to withhold my payments. The stress that induced resulted in laziness on my part in how the comic was produced. We lost a lot of readers and picked up a bad rep with many more. Will this impact our readership or bring more back to the door? Unlikely. But again, I'd rather do something than to just sit idly by while the site faded away.
As I've said before, I love what it is I do. Or, more accurately, what I "try" to do here. I may have significant concerns, but I'm not ready to give it up just yet.
