Free Comic Book Day: "Preparations"

So, tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day and we've planned our day accordingly.
As I mentioned recently, I am not really a comic book guy. I have bought comics over the years, but I've never been a hardcore reader or collector. At my level of fandom, Free Comic Book Day is not for me. But, it's not for Comic Book aficionados either. Free Comic Book Days are for those new to comics and... well... kids. This is great for us because theBoy consumes comic books voraciously. And here's a day where he comes home with a slew of new books. Granted, it's really just an excuse for us to take him to the comic book store, get some freebies, take advantage of some discounts, and just load up.
Our plan is to hit up a place very near our house and then head to the Mile High Comics warehouse. If any of you Denverites are out and about and see a rounder version of the guy in the comic, complete with bog bushy beard, feel free to come say hello. I'm terrible at small talk, but I warm to new people quickly.

This is just a comic. Please don't threaten any child with violence, even if it IS the last copy.
