World of Warcraft: "Shityard"

When, I do missions in my garrison, I can count on succeeding on missions with a 70% or higher "chance" the vast majority of the time. (Unless it's for gold or Apexis crystals.) When I do shipyard missions, I rarely do anything with less than a 92% chance because I'm tired of losing ships. Usually I'd chalk it up to my own skewed perception or just dismiss it outright. But no, it continues to play out time and time again. And there's got to be something to it. I started leaning toward 92% because I'd seen/read/heard that number from so many others in the community.
