Lumines: "In the Closet..."

Lumines is the kind of game that Ted would be adamantly opposed to actually playing. The "froofy music", pastel colors, blinking lights etc just wouldn't be the kind of thing he'd find acceptable. And, if he actually existed, he'd taunt and tease me about it relentlessly.
But, Lumines is dangerously intriguing. The puzzles require more than the simple shape positioning of Tetris. And instead of just getting faster, like most handheld puzzle games, the patterns become more complex. So, eventually Ted, being a gamer, would give in and try it out. Especially with me laughing, cursing, and smack talking the little virtual blocks.
So, I figured I'd do a comic about the situation Ted would likely find himself in.
In short, I really like the game. It's simple and complex all at the same time. Easy to pickup, hard to truly master. And, I like the catchy music. Reminds me of some of the old school techno/house music I used to listen to. Don't look at me like that! My tastes in EVERYTHING are ecclectic.
