I try to tell them.
( November 24th, 2009 )
I didn't get to play Dragon Age yesterday, too much to do. But I think I've developed enough reference material to last a while if need be. And this one extends from my grumpiness with Sten. Or, rather, his grumpiness with me.
I busted my butt, trying all manner of things to free him from his stupid cage early in the game. And all I've gotten in return is attitude. No matter what choices I make he gets all pissy. Personally I think it's been a long time since he's gotten his "bread buttered" if you know what I mean. Needless to say I don't keep him around my group anymore. He can be pissy and stay back at the camp milking halla for all I care. Seriously, the next time he grumbles about some perfectly valid decision I've made... I'm pooping in his boot. (Anyone else get the sense that I'll be pestering Bioware to make a Dragon Age MMO?) ----- Whoops! Posted the color flats for this comic, then streamed me finishing the color work live. I was trying to figure out why the live stream was so empty for the whole thing. Then I realized... I forgot to publish the color flats (along with this writeup). So no one knew it was going on unless they happened to be on Facebook at the time. Yeah. Wow. [ discuss ] - replies ( 19 ) last post by: Zan the Avitar
The GU Fanflow
( November 3rd, 2009 )
A while back I saw this thing called a Fanflow. Basically it's a service to allow readers to access bonus content by way of a subscription. I liked the idea but hadn't pulled the trigger. But now the groundwork has been laid. Some assets have been uploaded, and the GU Fanflow is ready for subscribers.
I'll be using the fanflow to upload wallpaper graphics, non-GU artwork, videos of me working, tutorials by request, etc. You'll also be able to talk with me and other fanflow subscribers about the fanflow assets. I'll be asking the subscribers what they'd like to see next. And if the response is really strong my intention is to provide a bonus comic or two per month. You can access a free preview here: GU Fanflow - Free Preview But if you want to get at the goodies, you'll have to subscribe. The price per month is set at $3. I really hope you guys are into this kind of idea. We'll see how it goes. [ discuss ]
