I'm gonna pre-empt the source material with an old, but apt, quote: Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. And please note that I am officially putting away my bag of rocks here. Becase I am, without question, full of shizzle. Alrighty... on to the writeup.
Recently Electronic Gaming Monthly's Dan Hsu conducted an interview with Peter Moore, the Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Retail Sales and Marketing for Microsoft's Home and Entertainment Division (** gasps for air **). The interview was a pretty hard nose Q&A regarding the Past, Present, and Future of the XBox 360.

Maybe I've just been around gaming marketing types too long or something, but as I read the interview, I could pretty much predict the answers before Mr. Moore gave them. Now, don't get me wrong here... I think Mr. Moore answered the questions exactly as he had to. I mean, he's a marketing guy; everything has to be sunshine and rainbows. But, I couldn't let the story go without poking at him.
It's certainly nothing personal. If you read carefully, you can see that he's a "good guy" in the subtext.
