As the title/pun/double entendre suggests, today's comic is a complete fabrication. Beyond the notion that Ted has fabricated a double headed guitar controller by melting two controllers together, there is no WAY I need the game to be more challenging. I haven't made it all the way through the Hard setting yet and have only played a couple of songs on expert. So "more challenging" is NOT something I need right now.

But, after E3, knowing I'd have to wait until November for Guitar Hero II, this joke idea came to mind. Certainly not for me, but for the folks that already excel at the game.

My understanding is that quite a few people out there are already discussion ways that they're making the game more difficult for themselves. The primary example being playing the songs without looking. Hell, I've tried switching the controller to play left handed, myself. I'd think trying to play multiplayer solo... might offer a little bit of an added challenge, especially on those sections where the two parts play at the same time. **grins**
