A couple of weeks ago, words spread over the news wire that Warcraft would be translated to the big screen via Legendary Pictures, a Warner Bros. affiliate. Blizzard COO Paul Sams explained the deal further at E3, expressing his intention to break the cycle of game-to-film failures and his complete faith in Legendary's ability to make that happen.

I've been avoiding this particular piece of news because I know exactly how the discussion will go. But, in thinking over how the game would actually translate if they didn't ignore the culture surrounding WoW, I couldn't help but foster a notion of how certain scenes might play out.

There. A comic about the upcoming Warcraft movie... unless of course they tank it 3 quarters of the way through the project like they did with Ghost. **shrugs**

Now, could we please keep the topic rant free? I'm sure some you disagree as to the successes of other game-to-film translations. But, we don't really need to hear about that. So, to put a point on the topic:

What seems from the game would you want to see in the film?
