So for days now I've been getting emails and PMs from people asking me to talk about EA Mythic Mythic Entertainment cutting four capital cities and four classes from Warhammer Online.

I don't like to bash on Mythic because I like the folks over there. But I have to say cutting launch content is never a good idea. But hey, Blizzard got away with it right?

Now let me be honest here... cutting classes is not that big a deal to me. But cutting capital cities? That's a bit troubling. The second I heard Mark announce that Mythic was going to be making a Warhammer MMO, I knew I wanted to play an Orc. As a Greenskin, why the hell would I want to defend either a human or chaos construct? Where's my ramshackle hut, squig pin, piles of "bio-matter"?

Anywho, I'm certain, like Hero classes, Warhammer cities will show up eventually. It's just my sincere hope that we're not made to pay for them. It's not exactly cool to make content promises, fail to deliver, and ask us to pay for them down the road. I blame the hype machine.
