Last week, after 3D Realms' supposed closure, Take-Two sued the company - presumably - for failing to deliver Duke Nukem Forever. The claim demands a copy of the DNF source code and the return of the $12 million Take-Two spent to acquire the publishing rights. [more info] Yesterday, 3D Realms responded saying that the company was regrouping but had not closed, that they'd spent $20 million on development, and they'd never received any of the money Take-Two paid Infogrames for the DNF publishing rights.

I'll be honest with you here, the continued DNF drama is making my brain hurt. I'm unwilling to accept any of the information that's being provided with out looking at the whole mess through my custom made cynic glasses. It's a he said, he said blast of nonsense that leaves me feeling like the game's assets should be printed out and burnt publicly, Inquisition style. But, oh no, the game just won't die.
Ughh, I've been wrestling with this writeup for over an hour now and I'm tired of it. The game just isn't worth delaying the comic any longer. I'd rather spend my time trying to convince you folks to donate, buy panels, prints, stuff from the store, etc.
(Which is something I hate doing.)
