City of Heroes: "Leash Laws"

So, following the story line, and answering someone's query about the future of the puppy, I made this comic to kinda end the series. I figured you guys might appreciate a conclusion to the story.
There's not much to be said about the comic itself. But, I have to be honest... I LOVE the freaked out puppy.

#1: GU does not advocate smoking. I'm not judging anyone; but, I don't want anyone to think I was glorifying the habit.
#2. Extremely cute puppies (and kittens) are ALWAYS available for adoption at your local humane society, ASPCA, animal rescue groups, county operated animal shelters, etc. If you have the time for a pet, GU encourages you to adopt an animal that could use your attention and affection.
