World of Warcraft: "Orc Peons"

I'm a proud orc. And I understand that there is a difference between a adventuring warrior and a peon. But it honestly annoys me every time I see Orc Peons in game because they're either sleeping or cowering. Sleeping I get. They're peons. But cowering? C'mon. That's not Horde.
I guess the benefit, if there is one, is that I'm typically tasked with "motivating" them.
