Guest Strip: "Guy Outside"

Andrei sent me this guest strip while I was away with the family. But due to some oddity in the way gmail handled the email, I didn't get to see the artwork. It got deleted. Well I finally managed to recover the image earlier today. Since I couldn't find a joke idea of my own, I figured "what the heck". So here you are.
Typically I'd include part of the email explaining the submission, but there wasn't really one. So let me tell you what I think is going on.
Andrei is the guy outside offering to help, but because we didn't need any more guest strips Ted is making him do our laundry. **shrugs** I dunno. Again, it's just a guess. Maybe Andrei can shed some light on it once he realizes his comic is here.
