Dungeons & Dragons: "Here They Come"

The monsters we've faced thus far have had a pretty good reason to fear us. We stomp into their space and then squish them with every power at our disposal. For Thunk that means hitting them over and over and over again until they stop moving. But the rest of the group settles down into their class-defined niche and lays waste as they see fit. We've effectively split the party on more than one occasion and still managed to survive. And I'm having great fun.
Any and all of you out there playing 4th edition D&D should really try a Fighter (Slayer). We've all be a bit stunned by the things Thunk has been able to accomplish. If there is a downside it's how I play his intelligence. If I can roleplay a reason for him to fall back just far enough to charge, it doesn't happen. He ignores what I know will result in opportunity attacks. He's chews on random bones that he "found" after the party had just cleaned a bunch of zombies and skeletons in the previous room. I love Thunk.
