World of Warcraft: "Eye of the Beholder"

Having finished up my leveling, and the money grind to get my epic flying mount, all that's left for me is faction grinding. Fortunately dailies make the grind feel less grindy. I managed to get Melvin, my skyguard mount, a bit ago. I've even managed to get my Netherwing Mount despite long bouts of being far too distracted by life to play the game.
There's nothing to be said about the comic. I really just wanted to draw Melvin. I wasted spent a lot of time banishing demons, blowing up cannonballs, etc. to get him. I think I may be blinded by the attachment or something. So yeah, his repulsiveness fails in the face of the effort to attain him.
I have no doubt that each of you have that one item that you take great pride in having attained. So let's hear it. What's your Melvin?
