Gaming News: "But Do We Care?"

It's true, there's a lot of gaming news out there right now. Some of it good, some of it troubling. But, the tone set by the panel serves to address the title of the comic. I'm not feeling any connection to gaming news right now. And quite frankly, that's probably a good thing.
Yes it sucks that Maxis and Raven Software are suffering layoffs. It's interesting that Turbine is suing Atari after "failing to meet its publishing and distributions obligations". And it's nice to hear that the 360 is going to see some price cuts. But, do I really need to make some snippy comment about any of it? Nah! **grins**
I know quite a few people use GU for gaming news, and I have no doubt that gaming news will continue to play a big part in GU's comic inspiration. But, man... that crap can get really boring. I'd really rather just go have lunch. You?
